St James’s Church

2000s

This is an unusual view of St James’s Church showing the back of the church and the Church Hall.  The original churchyard can be seen although many of the grave stones have deteriorated over the years.  When the Church Hall was built many graves were moved to allow a drive to be constructed giving access to the church and hall and include space for car parking.  The photograph was taken from the car park in front of Wollaston Village Hall and the tops of three railings are just visible.
