The names of the bellringers are from left to right: Harold Cooper; Charlie Stinton; S. C. Williamson; Howard Taylor (churchwarden); Charlie Richards; Avril Hancocks; Rev Reg Bamber (vicar); Fred Handley;  Rev Romilly Craze (curate); Connie Davies; (not known); Ernest Welch; John Bass; John Pagett; Sidney Thompson; Brian Sutton; Percy Richards.
Sidney Thompson and his brother Sam, were bellringers for many years, having joined in 1924.  John Bass was the Tower Keeper from 1924 until he retired through ill health in 1956.  Sam Cook was the caretaker of the Junior School for 26 years until his retirement in 1982.
